Commercial Carpet DRY Cleaning

We provide reliable, efficient dry cleaning for offices, retail, and commercial spaces. We work around your schedule and deliver results that impress clients and employees alike.

pet spot & Odors

A lot of our customers have pets. We always say "Pets and kids keep us in business"! We use a commercial grade enzyme mixed into our cleaner to treat pet spots. The enzymes will digest the bacteria that cause odor, so we are eliminating the root cause of the odor. Not masking it with deodorizers or perfumes.

power washing (exterior)

We pressure wash driveways, patios, and more to remove built-up grime, mildew, and stains for a cleaner curb appeal.

Sealer & Protectant

For carpet, rugs, and upholstered furniture. Because of our dry cleaning method, we can spray on our sealer/protectant right after we are done! It is highly recommended to spray the sealer/protectant on any new carpet, rugs, and furniture.

why is dry cleaning better?

The wet method, or steam cleaning, uses far more liquid than necessary to dissolve soil. While appearing to clean, the excessive high-powered hot water actually pushes much of the soil down into the carpet yarn to the backing.. Immediately behind that is the vacuum/extractor that is supposed to extract all the dirt, water and detergent. It actually vacuums off the top, cleaning only the surface. The dirt is left deep in the carpet along with sticky detergent residue. As the carpet dries, the dirt wicks up and makes it look dirty again. The sticky detergent residue will attract and hold dirt. Even though the carpet may get vacuumed regularly, not all of the dirt is extracted. This is what causes "dark pathways". To compound the problem, walking on carpet with dirt held in between the fibers, causes wear! Those dirt particles act like sandpaper. The movement and pressure associated with walking on the fibers, wears down the carpet fibers. Over-wetting the carpet takes the 'life' out of it and makes it wear out quicker. Even if a company says they don't use soap or sticky detergents, the power of the water still pushes the dirt to the backing while vacuuming off the top, leaving it wet and dirty. Not to mention all the add-on features they sell as well as various levels of cleaning. Plus they run hoses from the truck, through the yard/outside, into your home or business.

Another method involves encapsulating crystals or powder compounds that are supposed to absorb dirt while a machine brushes it out of the carpet. Even though it's less wet, this method leaves some crystals and compounds left in the carpet after the cleaning. They expect you to continue to vacuum, to get more of it out, after they clean. Who knows what chemicals are in those crystals or compounds? Plus it isn't as effective on stubborn spots or spills.

Our method is simple. We use a pump sprayer to lightly spray our proprietary cleaner onto the carpet or rug. Using an electric floor buffer with a bonnet pad, we power scrub the dirt out of the carpet into the pad. Afterwards, we vacuum the carpet to help organize the nap and promote drying times of 1 to 2 hours. Lastly, we spray a protectant on to help make the carpet easier to spot clean between cleanings as well as helping to prevent wear! Our method literally makes your carpet last longer! We do the best job we can, for every customer, every time.

We don't run hoses into your home or office, so we aren't limited to the length of hoses. All we need is an electrical outlet. We don't offer various levels of cleaning and we don't do high-pressure sales tactics for various add-ons.

  - Rug Cleaning is the same method, done in-place at your home or business. We do not take them away leaving you without your rug for weeks as other rug cleaners do. Plus we charge a fraction of the cost that rug cleaners do.

  - Furniture Cleaning uses the same cleaner, but is done by hand. This will allow us to concentrate on more soiled areas while less soiled areas would require less cleaner. Our personal attention to detail will allow for a better over-all cleaning and quicker dry times. Plus, some of our customers have very expensive upholstery that would be ruined by steam cleaning.
